古希腊有这样一段名言:“如果你想聪明,跑步吧!如果你想健康,跑步吧!如果你想强壮,跑步吧!”这充满哲理的诗句,记载着人类最古老的活动方式,充满着人们对跑步运动的憧憬与无限崇尚。耐久跑教学是中学体育教材的一项重要内容,它不受场地条件限制,有较高的锻炼价值。经常进行耐久跑练习,能够改善学生的心肺机能,不仅对增强学生体质有积极作用,而且对培养学生顽强、坚毅、刻苦、耐劳等意志品质也有重要意义。但实施新课标以来,耐久跑教学出现了许多误区。有的教师无所适从,有的甚至取消耐久跑。新课改的耐久跑教学不但不是要削弱、取消而是要加强,要更新。这就是说要理解新课标的精神,掌握新课标的理念,树立符合新课改要求的指导思想,选择组合教学内容,改革创新教学方法,具体应注意以下几点。

However, since the implementation of the new course standard, there have been many misunderstandings in the teaching of durable running. Some teachers know what to do, and some even cancel the durable run. The new curriculum reform, durable running teaching not only not to weaken, cancel but to strengthen, to update. This means that we should understand the spirit of the new curriculum standards, master the concepts of the new curriculum standards, establish the guiding ideology that meets the requirements of the new curriculum reform, choose combinations of teaching content, and reform innovative teaching methods. Specifically, we should pay attention to the following points.
