目的:用昆明小鼠建立新型无菌性睾丸炎模型。方法:通过手术向小鼠右侧睾丸注入冰醋酸,应用免疫组化及光、电镜观察左侧睾丸在术后各周的变化。结果:实验组小鼠精子的活力及睾丸质量/体重与对照组相比明显降低。血清中抗睾丸组织的抗体呈强阳性。光、电镜下可见睾丸形态结构明显改变。结论:睾丸炎动物模型制作成功,其主要病理表现为生精功能发生障碍
Objective: To establish a new type of aseptic testitis model in Kunming mice. Methods: The mice were injected glacial acetic acid into the right testes through surgery. Immunohistochemistry, light and electron microscopy were used to observe the changes of the left testes in each week. Results: The sperm motility and testicular weight / body weight of experimental mice were significantly lower than that of the control group. Anti-testicular tissue antibodies in serum were strongly positive. Light, electron microscopy showed significant changes in testicular morphology. Conclusion: The animal model of orchitis is successfully made, and the main pathological manifestation is the disorder of spermatogenesis
