鼻咽癌放射治疗后,有少数病例的颈淋巴结仍有残余存在。现将24例作小结。 临床资料 自1972年5月至1973年12月,我科对放疗结束后,颈部残存淋巴结作手术切除共24例,其中作整个淋巴结切除术20例,淋巴结部分切除术4例。 一、病例:本组病例均经病理证实为鼻咽癌,其中经鼻咽活检者19例;颈淋巴结活检5例。病理分类:大圆形细胞癌1例;多形细胞癌3例;鳞状细胞
After radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, there are still a few cases of residual cervical lymph nodes. We will now summarize 24 cases. Clinical data From May 1972 to December 1973, after the end of radiotherapy in our department, a total of 24 cases of residual lymph nodes in the neck were surgically resected. Among them, 20 cases were treated with total lymph node resection and 4 cases were treated with partial lymph node resection. I. Case: This group of cases were confirmed by pathology as nasopharyngeal carcinoma, of which 19 cases were transnasal biopsy; 5 cases were cervical lymph node biopsy.
