Introduction Lycopersicon esculentum Miller is a bounty of Solanaceae. Under normal circumstances, it grows like an annual plant, but by some measures it can be cloned like perennials. Tomato is grown in a wide range and has simple planting techniques. Its growth and reproduction are not limited by day length or other special conditions. Tomato phenotypes, especially like leaf shape, quality and color, are easily identified in a large number of varieties of their genetic modification.
