工作分析是人力资源管理工作的基础与前提,为其他人力资源管理模块提供了依据。但工作分析实践中员工本身素质特点、企业特点等因素影响工作分析的实施币口效果,影响了人力资源其他模块的开展。本文旨在通过阐述工作分析在生产型企业中实践的现状进行分析,在此基础上提出有针对性的实施对策,为企业工作分析实践提供参考。
Work analysis is the basis and premise of human resource management and provides the basis for other human resource management modules. However, in the work analysis practice, factors such as the quality and characteristics of the employees themselves, the characteristics of the company, etc., affect the currency effect of the work analysis, and affect the development of other modules of human resources. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo of the practice analysis in the production-oriented enterprises. Based on this, it proposes targeted implementation measures to provide reference for the enterprise’s work analysis and practice.
