Foreword According to the morphology of deep sea manganese nodules classification, the main difficulty lies in its wide range. The characteristics of normal manganese nodules in any area are hard to find in another area. However, descriptive classification is very useful for understanding the characteristics of nodules in individual sedimentary areas, especially for exploration.
