针对某型空气增压装置回转体,建立其三维模型,基于多体动力学虚拟样机模拟方法,运用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS对机构进行动态仿真分析,得到关键运动部件的运动规律曲线和动力学分析曲线,分析了活塞与连杆轴线不重合导致的扰动与气缸壁间侧压力和力矩分析曲线,零部件间冲击和扰动产生的动力学响应,为空气增压装置减震降噪的优化设计提供了重要参数,表明了ADAMS对复杂机构进行仿真分析的可行性,对相关研究具有借鉴意义。
Aiming at the rotary body of a certain type of air supercharger, the three-dimensional model was established. Based on the multi-body dynamics virtual prototype simulation method, the dynamic simulation analysis of the mechanism was carried out by using the mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS. The movement rule curve and power of the key moving parts were obtained. Analysis of the curve, analysis of the piston and connecting rod axis misalignment caused by the disturbance and cylinder wall pressure and torque analysis curve between the side, the impact of the interaction between components and the dynamics of the disturbance, the optimization of the air-cushioning device damping noise The design provides important parameters, which shows the feasibility of ADAMS simulation analysis of complex institutions, and has reference significance for related research.
