运用功率键合图理论对伺服阀建立功率键合图模型,推导出状态方程,借助仿真软件MatLab/Simulink对模型进行时频域仿真分析,由仿真曲线可知,和TH-7/10型伺服阀相比,基于钕铁硼永磁材料的动圈式伺服阀的动静态性能更好。
The power bond graph theory is used to establish the power bond graph model of the servo valve, and the state equation is deduced. The simulation software Matlab / Simulink is used to simulate the model in time-frequency domain.
