本试验应用4种不同的益生素(光合菌组I、光合菌组II、芽胞杆菌组及复合菌组)饲养鲤鱼,测定鲤鱼肠道内容物中蛋白酶和淀粉酶(AMS)含量,算出蛋白酶比活和淀粉酶比活。结果显示:试验组鲤鱼的蛋白酶和淀粉酶比活均高于对照组(P<0.05),且4个试验组中复合菌组蛋白酶和淀粉酶比活又高于其它试验组。
In this experiment, four kinds of probiotics (photosynthetic bacteria group I, photosynthetic bacteria group II, Bacillus group and complex bacteria group) were used to feed carp, and the content of protease and amylase (AMS) in the intestinal tract of carp was measured to calculate the protease ratio Live and amylase specific activity. The results showed that the specific protease and amylase activities of carp in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the specific activities of protease and amylase of the composite strains in the four experimental groups were higher than those in other experimental groups.
