目的 了解某医院住院患者疾病构成及其变化趋势,为医院管理层做好卫生防治工作提供依据.方法以医院信息科病案室每日录入的病历首页为依据,按ICD-10标准分类,对疾病进行统计

目的 了解某医院住院患者疾病构成及其变化趋势,为医院管理层做好卫生防治工作提供依据.方法以医院信息科病案室每日录入的病历首页为依据,按ICD-10标准分类,对疾病进行统计分析.结果妊娠、分娩和产褥期并发症,损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果,消化系统疾病,肿瘤为医院住院的主要病种.结论加强对这几类疾病的诊断、治疗和护理应将成为该院医疗卫生及预防工作的重点,以提高广大居民的健康水平和生命质量.
