在现在的班级管理中,我们看到许多教师整天忙忙碌碌,亲自过问、处理各种班级日常事情,而学生仅仅是被管理者。这样的管理方式严重忽视学生自主管理能力的培养,忽视了学生内心渴求在自主管理中取得发展的强烈愿望。本文从培养学生的自主管理意识入手,促使学生学会换位思考,并通过创设丰富的自主管理实践活动,提高学生的自主管理能力,为学生的班级自主管理提供有效的途径。
In current class management, we see many teachers busy, personally, dealing with everyday things in all classes, and students are simply managers. This way of management seriously neglects the cultivation of students’ self-management ability and ignores the strong desire of students to crave their own self-management development. This article starts from cultivating students’ sense of self-management and encourages students to learn empathy. Through creating a wealth of self-management practices, students can improve their autonomous management ability and provide effective ways for students to manage their own classes.
