经济全球化、价值实现多样化、市场经济规则引起的社会各层面包括党员干部观念变化的新形势、新情况,对组织工作提出了新的更高的要求。面对新形势、新任务的挑战,组织部门应进一步改变传统的组织工作的思维方式,用开放的思维去分析,用开放的举措去推进组织工作,以此保证公道正派长效机制的建立。
Economic globalization and diversification of values have brought new and demanding conditions at all levels of society, including changes in the notions of Party members and cadres, as a result of the rules of the market economy, putting new and higher demands on the organization of work. In the face of the challenges of the new situation and new tasks, the organizational departments should further change the traditional ways of thinking of organizational work, analyze them with an open mind, and promote organizational work with open measures in order to ensure the establishment of a long-term and fair mechanism of fair and impartial work.
