秘书学案例教学就是在秘书学的教学中引入案例,用案例进行教学的一种新的教学方法。在秘书学案例教学中,每个学生都充当一位秘书的角色,都亲自处理案例中提出的实际问题,这样学生能够充分动手动脑,使理论和实践相结合,从而提高分析问题和解决问题的能力;案例教学使老师得以走出校门,贴近最前沿的秘书工作,从而丰富了老师的实践经验和理论知识,有利于教学质量的提高。
