组织细化是提高钢材性能的重要手段,氧化物冶金是细化组织的一种重要方法,研究了在超声波下,向低碳钢Q235中添加亚微米Ce O2粉体,用SEM观测了钢材的铸态和轧态组织,并测试了其硬度。结果显示外加Ce O2亚微米粉体可以细化低碳钢铸态组织,使晶粒平均尺寸由120μm降到30μm;珠光体含量逐渐增加,珠光体片间距也由0.57μm降低到0.11μm;随着Ce O2粉体加入量增加,Q235硬度增加,当Ce O2的加入量为0.7%时,显微硬度提高133.4%。
Microstructure refinement is an important means to improve the performance of the steel. Oxide metallurgy is an important method to refine the microstructure. Under the condition of ultrasonic, submicron Ce O2 powder is added to Q235, As-cast and as-rolled microstructure, and tested for hardness. The results show that the addition of CeO2 submicron powder can refine the as-cast microstructure of low-carbon steel, the average grain size from 120μm to 30μm; pearlite content gradually increased, pearlite sheet spacing from 0.57μm to 0.11μm; with With the increase of the amount of Ce O2 powder and the increase of Q235 hardness, the microhardness increased by 133.4% when the amount of Ce O2 added was 0.7%.
