介绍了铁路行车自动化与安全方面的问题，人、机功能正确分配的问题，自动化发展后人的主要作用。文中指出自动化不是取消人的作业而是改变对人的分工，并且新的分工比原来的要求高。当自动化系统出现异常时，一般由人根据具体情况来提高必要的工作以弥补系统的不足，文中还就自动化发展中的一些认识问题、概念和带有原则性的问题等作了科学论述。
This paper introduces the problems of railway traffic automation and safety, the correct assignment of people and machines, and the automation of the development of future generations. The paper points out that automation is not to cancel the homework but to change the division of labor, and the new division of labor higher than the original requirements. When the abnormality of the automation system occurs, people generally make up the necessary work to make up for the deficiencies of the system according to the specific situation. The article also makes some scientific exposition on some problems of cognition, concepts and problems with principle in the automation development.
