文章介绍了二水硫酸钙结晶过程与结晶器研究现状,对基于Fluent软件的结晶器三维数学模拟研究的进展进行了综述,概述了其在三维数学模拟模型建立与优化研究中的应用,并对其在二水硫酸钙结晶器设计与优化研究中的应用进行了展望,表明基于Fluent软件的结晶器三维数学模拟在二水硫酸钙生产中具有巨大的发展潜力与良好的应用前景。
In this paper, the research status of crystallization process and crystallizer of calcium sulfate dihydrate is introduced. The progress of three-dimensional mathematical simulation of mold based on Fluent software is reviewed. Its application in the establishment and optimization of three-dimensional mathematical simulation model is summarized. Its application in the design and optimization of calcium sulfate dihydrate mold is prospected, which shows that the three-dimensional mathematical simulation of mold based on Fluent software has great potential and good application prospect in the production of calcium sulfate dihydrate.
