一、前言随著科学技术事业的发展,特別是半导体、电子技术的发展,科学家们都非常重视研究高纯材料的秘密,探索在超高溫、超低温、高压、电场、磁场等条件下的电学、磁学、热学、核子学等方面的性能,从中找出高纯材料新的特性、规律以及材料中杂质元素的新的物理行为,确定高纯材料的研究方向和发现其新的用途。因此对高纯材料纯度的要求日益提高。所以,提高分析灵敏度是十分重要的问题。
