一直以来,经济适用房制度由于实施过程中出现购买对象与建筑标准失控、房屋售价过高等问题而广受诟病。2009年6月武汉“六连号”舞弊事件更是将经济适用房制度改革推向风口浪尖。为什么会出现这些问题,未来经济适用房又将何去何从,这一切都需要追溯历史,探明经济适用房的产生背景,厘清经济适用房发展脉络,并结合中国国情,方能明确未来经济适用房走向。
All along, due to the implementation of the affordable housing system due to the purchase of objects and construction standards out of control, housing prices are too much criticism and other issues. June 2009 Wuhan “Six companies ” fraud is more to affordable housing reform to the cusp. Why do these problems appear and where the future affordable housing will go? All this needs to be traced back to history, to identify the background of affordable housing, to clarify the context of affordable housing development, and in light of China’s national conditions so as to be able to specify the direction of future affordable housing .
