三峡库区万州段消落区居民饮用水质卫生现状分析

目的:了解三峡库区万州段消落区居民饮用水质状况,分析水质存在问题,为政府制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法:以三峡库区万州段消落区11家居民饮用水厂作为调查对象,对每家水厂开展卫生学调查,收集整理近两年不同水期水源水及出厂水监测资料,对其水质按照国家相关标准进行评价。结果:1三峡库区万州段消落区居民饮用水样总合格率36.36%,其中2014年水样合格率33.33%,较2013年39.39%下降了6.06个百分点。2水源水枯水期(2月)、平水期(5月)与丰水期(8月)水质变化较大,三者合格率分别为68.18%、22.73%、9.09%,其差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.95,P<0.01);水源水前5位超标或不达标项目有总氮、总磷、耐热大肠菌群、硫酸盐、溶解氧,分别为40%、18.33%、16%、10.61%、10%;不同水期水源水总氮与溶解氧两项目差异均有统计学意义(χ2=5.00,P<0.05,χ2=4.44,P<0.05)。出厂水前5位不达标或超标项目有游离余氯、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、三氯甲烷、硫酸盐,分别为48.28%、22.72%、18.18%、15.15%、10.61%。结论:三峡库区万州段消落区水质合格率不高,居民饮水安全问题值得高度重视。 OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of drinking water quality of residents in the water level fluctuation zone of Wanzhou section of the Three Gorges Reservoir, analyze the existing problems of water quality and provide a scientific basis for the government to formulate relevant policies. Methods: Taking the 11 drinking water plants in Wanzhou section of Wanzhou section of the Three Gorges Reservoir area as the survey subjects, the hygiene survey was carried out for each water plant and the monitoring data of water source water and factory water in different periods of the last two years were collected and collected. According to the relevant national standards for evaluation. Results: 1 The total passing rate of drinking water samples of Hang Zhou area in Wanzhou section of the Three Gorges Reservoir area was 36.36%, of which the passing rate of water samples in 2014 was 33.33%, down 6.06 percentage points from 39.39% in 2013. (2) Water quality The water quality in dry season (February), flat water (May) and wet season (August) changed greatly, and the pass rates of the three were 68.18%, 22.73% and 9.09% respectively, with significant differences χ2 = 18.95, P <0.01). The total nitrogen, total phosphorus, heat-resistant coliform bacteria, sulfate and dissolved oxygen in the top 5 water sources were 40%, 18.33%, 16% and 10.61 %, 10% respectively. The differences of total nitrogen and dissolved oxygen between water source water at different water stages were statistically significant (χ2 = 5.00, P <0.05, χ2 = 4.44, P <0.05). The top 5 products in the factory had 48.28%, 22.72%, 18.18%, 15.15% and 10.61% of free residual chlorine, total coliforms, thermotolerant coliforms, chloroform and sulfate, respectively. Conclusion: The pass rate of water quality in Wanzhou section of Three Gorges Reservoir Area is not high, and the safety of residents drinking water deserves our attention.
