《数学课程标准》明确指出:义务教育阶段的数学课程要面向全体学生,适应学生个性发展的需要。使得人人都能获得良好的数学教育,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。因此,我们要充调动分学生的自主参与意识,激发学生去思考,激励学生去探索,使学生的创新能力得到提高。下面就结合本人的教育教学实践和所见所闻,谈几点体会。
“Mathematical Curriculum Standards” clearly pointed out: the compulsory education phase of the mathematics curriculum should be for all students to meet the needs of individual personality development. So that everyone can get a good math education, different people get different development in mathematics. Therefore, we should enrich and mobilize students ’awareness of autonomous participation, stimulate students to think and motivate students to explore and enhance students’ innovative ability. The following combination of my education and teaching practices and what I saw and heard about some experience.
