本试验采用122树脂在不同条件下进行赤霉菌固体发酵产物脱色试验,其中固体培养基提取液用75%、95%和纯水在不同的静态和动态洗脱时间下进行。试验表明酒精提取的赤霉素(GA3)比纯水高10%, 随着提取时间的增加,流出洗脱液中GA3浓度增加,但溶解的色素也在脱色柱中增加。综合各方面,用75%-95%的酒精在122树脂柱中静态洗脱1-3h或振荡洗脱30-60 min最佳。在静态洗脱中,洗脱液几乎无色,透明度0-8.2,GA3浓度834.4-857.3 mgu001fKg-1;而在动态洗脱中,洗脱液几乎无色,透明度03.7, GA3浓度865.8-874.7。表3参5。
In this experiment, 122 resin was used to test the decolorization of the solid fermentation products of Fusarium graminearum under different conditions. The solid medium was extracted with 75%, 95% and pure water under different static and dynamic elution time. The results showed that GA3 extracted by alcohol was 10% higher than pure water. With the increase of extraction time, the concentration of GA3 in eluted solution increased, but the dissolved pigment also increased in the decolorizing column. In all aspects, it is best to use static elution for 1-3h with 75% -95% alcohol in 122 resin column or shake for 30-60min. In the static elution, the eluent is almost colorless, the transparency of 0-8.2, GA3 concentration of 834.4-857.3 mg u001fKg-1; and in dynamic elution, the eluent is almost colorless, the transparency of 03.7, GA3 concentration of 865.8- 874.7.
