目的为掌握银川市西夏区医疗卫生单位消毒效果情况,提高消毒管理质量,降低医院感染发生率。方法对辖区74家医疗机构连续3年年消毒效果进行监测,并依据GB15982-1995做出评价,采用SPSS13.0进行描述性统计和χ~2检验统计。结果 3年消毒效果监测总合格率为75.64%,政府办医疗机构监测合格率要高于社会办医疗机构,三年合格率有逐年增加趋势,两者差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.66 P<0.001)。结论应重视社会办医疗机构消毒灭菌效果监测,从制度落实、人员培训及消毒灭菌监测方面着手,提高社会办医疗机构消毒管理质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical and health units in Xixia District of Yinchuan City, improve the quality of disinfection management and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. Methods To monitor the disinfection effect of 74 medical institutions for 3 years in a row and make evaluation according to GB15982-1995. Descriptive statistics and χ ~ 2 test statistic using SPSS13.0. Results The total qualified rate of three years disinfection monitoring was 75.64%. The monitoring rate of government-run medical institutions was higher than that of social institutions. The three-year compliance rates increased year by year with statistically significant difference (χ ~ 2 = 15.66 P <0.001). Conclusion We should pay more attention to the monitoring of disinfection and sterilization effects in medical institutions. From the aspects of system implementation, personnel training and disinfection and sterilization monitoring, we should improve the quality of disinfection management in medical institutions.
