目的建立大鼠腹部异位心脏移植模型。方法选用近交系DA(RT-1a)大鼠和LEW(RT-11)大鼠分别作为供体和受体,在经典的Ono术式的基础上加以改进,使改进后的移植模型更加稳定,移植物存活率高、可操作性更强。结果共进行了32对心脏移植,28对成功,手术成功率87.5%。供心缺血时间(30±5)min,整个手术过程用时(60±10)min。结论在经典的Ono心脏移植模型基础上改进后,手术操作更简易,时间缩短,供体心脏保护好,血管缝合难度降低,手术成功率高。整个手术过程单人操作,不需要手术显微镜。
Objective To establish a rat model of heterotopic heart transplantation in the abdomen. Methods The inbred DA (RT-1a) rats and LEW (RT-11) rats were used as donors and recipients, respectively. Based on the classic Ono procedure, the improved transplantation model was more stable , Graft survival rate, maneuverability stronger. Results A total of 32 pairs of heart grafts were performed, 28 were successful, and the successful rate was 87.5%. Ischemic time for donor (30 ± 5) min, the entire operation time (60 ± 10) min. Conclusion After the classic Ono heart transplantation model is improved, the operation is simpler, the time is shortened, the donor heart is well protected, the difficulty of suture is reduced, and the success rate of operation is high. The entire operation process of single operation, do not need surgical microscope.
