本文利用扫描电镜直观,精细地揭示出点焊熔核的粗大柱状晶内部结构及形态特征,并从结晶机理上作了分析,进一步提出了熔核柱状组织形成过程模型。
In this paper, the internal structure and morphological characteristics of the coarse columnar crystals of the spot weld nugget were revealed intuitively and microscopically by scanning electron microscopy, and the crystallization mechanism was analyzed. The process model of the columnar structure was further proposed.
