基于委托代理理论,对企业管理实务中的影响薪酬的因素进行分析,在此基础对我国能源企业管理者薪酬机制的优化提出建议。
Based on the theory of principal-agent, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the remuneration in the business management practices. Based on this, this paper gives some suggestions on how to optimize the remuneration mechanism of Chinese energy companies.
