在电子商务环境下提出了基于网络渠道的询盘、支付体系、宣传参与、竞价搜索等新的评价指标,并结合动态聚类的方法研究多目标决策问题,最终得到影响因素排序、主要因子的权重和动态聚类图,结果表明,利用多级模糊评价对渠道结构进行分析,比传统层次分析法(AHP)更全面、更科学,可以根据各个指标的不同情况计算得出相应的评语集,进而利用评语集选择较优的渠道并作出评价。
In the environment of e-commerce, this paper proposes new evaluation indexes such as inquiry, payment system, publicity and participation, auction search based on network channel, and studies the multi-objective decision-making problem by combining with dynamic clustering method. Finally, it gets the order of influencing factors and the main factors Weight and dynamic clustering. The results show that using multistage fuzzy evaluation to analyze the channel structure is more comprehensive and scientific than the traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the corresponding comment sets can be calculated according to the different situations of each index. Then use the comment set to choose the best channel and make the evaluation.
