随着社会的发展,企业管理已进入人本管理时代。人本管理强调的是员工在组织中的主体地位和主导作用,管理者要积极为员工创造相应的环境和条件,围绕提高员工的积极性、主动性和创造性进行管理活动。人本管理以突出人在企业中的作用为核心,以个人自我管理为基础,以企业的共同价值观为引导,使员工的人格得到最完美的发展。
With the development of society, enterprise management has entered the era of humanistic management. Human-oriented management emphasizes the dominant position and leading role of employees in the organization. Managers should actively create the corresponding environment and conditions for their employees, and manage their activities based on enhancing their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. Human-based management focuses on the role of people in the enterprise as the core, based on the self-management of individuals and guided by the common values of the enterprise so as to achieve the most perfect development of the employees’ personality.
