在冬小麦绿体春化中,以不同浓度的壮丰安溶液浸根,并于春化40d后移栽于温室。试验结果表明,壮丰安可以调控植株的发育,表现为延迟植株的发育进程,且随壮丰安使用浓度的升高而加重;壮丰安能够改善穗部性状,使穗长变短,使小穗数、小穗密度、穗粒数及可育率大大增加或提高;并且能够缩短节间特别是第一二节间的长度,明显降低株高,增加茎粗和抗倒伏能力,还能够减少叶片长度,增加叶片宽度和叶面积。壮丰安能使叶色加深并对白粉病表现一定的抗性。
