目的探讨达英-35联合使用二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床效果。方法 80例多囊卵巢综合征导致不孕症患者,按照随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组使用单纯的达英-35治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上,联合使用二甲双胍片,对所有患者随访2年。比较治疗1个疗程后两组患者的血糖控制水平以及卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素以及2年内妊娠率。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及随机血糖均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组卵泡刺激素高于对照组(P<0.05),黄体生成素水平低于对照组(P<0.05),且2年内自然妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍能更好地控制多囊卵巢综合征血糖水平,调节机体内分泌状态,提高自然受孕率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination of metformin and metformin in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Eighty patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with da-Ying -35 alone. The observation group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group, and all the patients were followed up for 2 years. The level of blood glucose control, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and pregnancy rate in two years were compared between two groups after a course of treatment. Results The fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and random blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The follicle stimulating hormone in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the level of luteinizing hormone in the observation group was lower than that in the control group <0.05), and the rate of natural pregnancy in two years was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Da-Ying-35 combined with metformin can better control the blood sugar level of polycystic ovary syndrome, regulate the body’s endocrine status and improve the rate of natural conception.
