以一定比例的聚丙烯腈和聚氨酯为膜材料,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,PEG4000为添加剂,采用相转化法制备超滤膜。研究了聚合物浓度、比例、凝胶浴的温度等对膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明:当聚合物的比例为8∶2、质量分数为14%时,性能最佳。水通量为634.95 L/(m2.h),截留率为90%;在10~30℃范围内,随凝胶浴温度的升高,膜的水通量增大。
A certain proportion of polyacrylonitrile and polyurethane as membrane material, N, N-dimethylacetamide as solvent and PEG4000 as additive were prepared by phase inversion method. The effects of polymer concentration, ratio, temperature of the gel bath on the structure and properties of the membrane were investigated. The results show that: when the polymer ratio is 8: 2, the mass fraction of 14%, the best performance. The water flux was 634.95 L / (m2.h) and the rejection was 90%. The water flux of the membrane increased with the increase of the temperature of the gel bath in the range of 10 ~ 30 ℃.
