本文报导一例短期服常量去甲羟基安定oxazepam突然停药引起的戒断综合征。病例报告:患者,34岁,已婚,男性,从1962年起便有中度焦虑和抑郁。1979年10月起出现肌痛和感觉异常;1980年9月开始有惊恐发作,诊断为非典型性抑郁症伴惊恐发作。原先内科医师给服去甲羟基安定30mg,一日三次,共两个月。出现疲乏和性欲消失。在梦魇和惊恐发作后症状减轻。为此停服去甲羟基安定,停药后次日便出现坐立不安、神经过敏、有晕倒感、心惊肉跳、胃痛、腹泄、不能入睡及四肢肌肉持续痉挛。并有恐
