目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定酚氨咖敏颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林、咖啡因和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。方法:以无水乙醇为溶剂,样品无需衍生化处理,直接进样,用SE-30大口径毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.53mm,1.0μm),FID检测器,以盐酸麻黄碱为内标,进行测定。结果:对乙酰氨基酚、氨基比林、咖啡因和马来酸氯苯那敏的线性范围分别为20~2000μg·mL-1、15~1500μg·mL-1、10~500μg·mL-1、20~100μg·mL-1,各组分的平均回收率在98.9%~101.2%范围内,方法的精密度和稳定性良好,RSD<2%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可用于酚氨咖敏颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、氨基比林和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of acetaminophen, aminopyrine, caffeine and chlorpheniramine maleate in phenamcarnone granules. Methods: With anhydrous ethanol as solvent, the sample was directly injected without any derivatization. The samples were eluted with SE-30 large-bore capillary column (30m × 0.53mm, 1.0μm), FID detector and ephedrine hydrochloride as internal standard, Measurement was performed. Results: The linear ranges of acetaminophen, aminopyrine, caffeine and chlorpheniramine maleate were 20 ~ 2000μg · mL-1, 15 ~ 1500μg · mL-1, 10 ~ 500μg · mL- The average recoveries of all the components ranged from 98.9% to 101.2%. The precision and stability of the method were good, with a RSD <2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the determination of acetaminophen, caffeine, aminopyrine and chlorpheniramine maleate in phenamcone granules.
