绩效工资管理对于人力资源管理来说是最为关键的一环,只有将绩效工资的分配管理工作不断完善才能使企业或单位拥有更加稳定的人资管理体系。医院的绩效工资管理在医院的人力体制环境中尤为重要,而且随着社会的发展、医院规模的扩大、以及医改政策的不断落实,绩效工资分配管理中信息化平台的运用需求尤为凸显。本文首先对医院绩效工资的设置意义进行了基本论述,然后分析了当前在医院绩效工资分配管理中普遍存在的问题,最后提出了信息化平台在绩效工资分配管理中的具体应用措施。
Performance pay management is the most crucial part of human resources management. Only continuous improvement of performance pay management can make enterprises or units have a more stable management system. Hospital performance pay management is particularly important in the human resource environment of the hospital. With the development of society, the expansion of the hospital scale and the continuous implementation of health care reform policies, the application of information platform in the performance pay distribution management is particularly prominent. This paper first describes the significance of the setting of hospital performance pay, then analyzes the current problems in the management of hospital performance pay distribution, and finally puts forward the specific application measures of information platform in performance pay distribution management.
