中石化中原石油工程有限公司钻井一公司现有职工2600多人,其中有80%的职工工作在苏丹、沙特、中原、南阳、陕北、山西、冀东、四川、东北等国内外市场。由于钻井生产的特殊性,他们长年远离亲人、远离基地,生活、工作环境艰苦,信息闭塞,归属感衰减,极容易产生思想波动和工作惰性。为了充分调动职工的生产积极性,实现安全生产和队伍的和谐稳定,积极教育引导广大职工为公司的发展献计献策,
