目的探讨脑梗死患者基质金属蛋白酶1(MMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及其组织抑制因子1(TIMP1)与血脂、脑梗死面积的相互关系。方法选择脑梗死患者40例,分别于发病后第1天、第3天、第7天采集肘静脉血,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清MMP-1、MMP-9及其TIMP1的浓度变化,并检测血脂的变化,通过头颅CT评估脑梗死的面积。结果脑梗死患者MMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP1数值在检测不同的天数有不同改变,脑梗死面积增大,则MMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP1数值变大(P<0.05);血脂指标的改变在脑梗死入院后第7天内无明显变化。结论脑梗死患者MMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP1在不同的时间窗存在一定规律的改变,三项血浆浓度与脑梗死面积表现为正相关系,但与患者的血脂无显著性关联。
Objective To investigate the relationship between MMP-1, MMP-9 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP1) and the area of cerebral infarction in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Forty cerebral infarction patients were selected. The elbow venous blood was collected on day 1, day 3 and day 7 respectively. Serum levels of MMP-1, MMP-9 and TIMP1 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Blood lipids were measured for changes in brain infarction size by head CT. Results The values of MMP-1, MMP-9 and TIMP1 in patients with cerebral infarction had different changes at different days, and the area of cerebral infarction increased, the values of MMP-1, MMP-9 and TIMP1 increased (P < Change in the first 7 days after cerebral infarction admission no significant change. Conclusion There are some regular changes of MMP-1, MMP-9 and TIMP1 at different time windows in patients with cerebral infarction. There is a positive correlation between the three plasma concentrations and infarction area, but no significant correlation with serum lipids.
