全自动食品安全快速检测仪一般要求被检测样品和试剂只有在特定的温度下反应,才能得到可靠的检测结果,因此本文设计了一种基单片机的恒温控制系统。该系统选用89c52单片机为控制器,ADS1256芯片、铂电阻Pt100、光耦隔离器和第三代Power MOSFETS器件IRF640N作为电路的硬件。经过实验测试,本文设计的恒温控制系统能够控制比色杯内的反应液温度精确控制在±0.2℃波动范围内,而测试间温度波动在±0.1℃内,对相关课题的研究与应用具有一定的实用和参考价值。
Automatic food safety tester quickly detects the general requirements of the test samples and reagents react at a specific temperature in order to get reliable test results, this paper designed a microcontroller-based thermostat control system. The system uses 89c52 microcontroller as the controller, ADS1256 chip, platinum resistance Pt100, optocoupler isolator and third generation Power MOSFETS device IRF640N as the circuit hardware. After the experimental test, the temperature control system designed in this paper can control the temperature of the reaction liquid in the cuvette precisely controlled within the fluctuation range of ± 0.2 ℃, while the temperature fluctuation in the test is within ± 0.1 ℃, and the research and application of the related subject have certain The practical and reference value.
