GD-X1型微计算机数控系统是广东省机械研究所研制成功的立式铣床数控系统,稍经改进也可用于其他机床。它由单板微计算机为主构成的控制器、直流PWM伺服驱动、光栅位置检测三部份组成,是一个位置脉冲反馈型的全闭环数控系统。该系统采用ISO国际数控代码,浮动程序段格式。编程系统具有插入、删除、下移和重现等编辑功能,有一行20字符的显示,编程十分直观容易。可存贮150~300段零件程序,可用磁带录制和输入。主要数控功能有:能对任意两轴(XY、YZ和ZX)进行直线和圆弧插补、刀具半径自动补偿、英/公制转换、对称加工、循环与调用、任意程序段
GD-X1-type microcomputer CNC system is developed by Guangdong Institute of Machinery vertical milling machine numerical control system, a little improvement can also be used for other machine tools. It consists of single-board micro-computer-based controller, DC PWM servo drive, grating position detection of three parts, is a position pulse feedback type full-closed CNC system. The system uses ISO international CNC code, floating block format.
