萝卜贮藏在北方地区采用地下沟窖,这种贮藏窖构造简单,实用经济。其最主要的缺点是沟窖的上层与下层温度差异很大,沟底的温度往往偏高(超过萝卜贮藏的适宜温度2~4℃),易引起下层萝卜发芽、糠心,造成损失,为了解决这个问题,我们对地下沟窖的设计作了一些改进,收到了良好效果。改良沟窖的结构改良沟窖与普通地沟的结构基本相同,主要区别就是在普通地沟的基础上增设了一套通风系统(包括通风道、排气筒和进气筒)。该系统靠自然温度、热冷空气循环和对流来进行窖内的通风换气,维持适宜的低温环境。改良沟窖的结构如图1、2所示。1、深度和宽度沟窖的深浅和宽度直接影响到贮藏期间的温度,因此应根据当地的气温和地温变化
