介绍了用 TIG电弧对涂敷合金元素的灰铸铁表面进行局部重熔处理,找出了电弧电流、电弧移动速度等工艺参数及各合金元素 Cr, W, Mo, V对试样表面性能的影响规律。并对不同条件下,重熔层的相结构、元素分布、显微组织、硬度和耐磨性进行了测试和分析。结果表明:用 TIG电弧进行重熔处理能使灰铸铁表面产生多种强化效果,而且表面性能有很大提高。
In this paper, the local remelting of gray cast iron with alloying elements by TIG arc was introduced, and the process parameters such as arc current, arc speed and the influence of alloying elements Cr, W, Mo and V on the surface properties were investigated law. The phase structure, elemental distribution, microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the remelted layer were tested and analyzed under different conditions. The results show that the TIG arc remelting process can produce a variety of gray cast iron surface strengthening effect, and the surface properties have greatly improved.
