在蹲踞式跳远的教学中,空中技术动作是教学的中心环节,如何解决学生助跑起跳后的空中滞留时间,体会空中腾空步结束后的高抬摆动腿技术,是广大教师面临的现实问题。在教学实践中,笔者利用小山羊和体操助跳板来加强学生空中滞留时间,让学生体会腾空步后摆动腿的高抬技术,取得了较好的教学效果。一、分解练习与体会1.让学生在地面上走一步后摆动腿高抬到一定程度后再向上高抬摆动腿,体会腾空步后的高抬摆动腿技术。
