应用单次“bolus”CT动态增强扫描,对43例肝癌作肿瘤血管结构分析,术前判断肿瘤血供、是否存在或潜在存在肝动脉和门静脉双重供血,估计术后肿瘤内碘油聚积情况和滞留时间、预测肝癌栓塞化疗效果,并与选择性肝动脉造影和6个月内临床、CT随访结果对照。本组病例动态CT判断肿瘤的血供情况,其灵敏度为93%,特异性为50%、准确性为84%;预测肿瘤栓塞化疗效果灵敏度为94%,特异性为50%,准确性为87%;CT组与术中肝动脉碘油造影组判断栓塞化疗效果和临床、CT随访结果对照,两组结果经2检验相差不显著(P>0.05)。
A single “bolus” CT dynamic contrast-enhanced scan was performed. Forty-three cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed for tumor vasculature. Preoperative blood supply, presence or potential presence of dual hepatic artery and portal vein blood supply were assessed. Accumulation of iodized oil in the tumor after surgery was estimated. The duration of stay and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma embolization chemotherapy were compared with selective hepatic arteriography and clinical and CT follow-up results within 6 months. This group of cases dynamic CT to determine the blood supply of the tumor, the sensitivity is 93%, specificity is 50%, accuracy is 84%; predicting tumor embolization chemotherapy sensitivity is 94%, specificity is 50%, accuracy is 87 %; CT group and intraoperative hepatic arterial iodine angiography group to determine the efficacy of embolization chemotherapy and clinical, CT follow-up results were compared between the two groups by 2 test results were not significant difference (P> 0.05).
