目的分析CT导向肺穿刺活检中有关辐射剂量的影响因素。方法回顾性分析CT导向肺穿刺活检患者256例,根据CT机扫描条件和病灶特点情况分组,研究对穿刺的影响,比较各分组的穿刺过程中的总扫描层数,比较高低剂量组的总剂量DLP。结果 CT导向肺穿刺活检成功导向率为100%,穿刺准确性为87.9%,两组DLP差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。小、深的病灶较大、浅的病灶总扫描层数有所增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),上下肺野病灶无统计学差异。结论在CT导向肺穿刺活检中低毫安扫描参数、熟练的操作技术及对病灶特点的了解都能达到降低患者的辐射剂量的目的。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of radiation dose in CT guided lung biopsy. Methods A total of 256 CT-guided lung biopsy specimens were retrospectively analyzed. According to the CT scanning conditions and the characteristics of lesions, the effects of puncture were studied. The total number of lamellar punctures in each group was compared. The total dose DLP. Results The success rate of CT guided lung biopsy was 100% and the puncture accuracy was 87.9%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Small, deep lesions larger, shallow lesions increased the total number of layers, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), no difference between the upper and lower lung field lesions. Conclusions Low CT scan parameters, proficient operating techniques and understanding of the characteristics of the lesions in CT-guided lung biopsy can all reduce the patient’s radiation dose.
