本文对肾移植存活３年以上的已婚患者１００例，进行性功能及生育能力调查，结果表明：移植术后患者性功能恢复的比例较高（６０．９４％）。综合多项因素，我们认为成功移植患者开始正常的性生活应在移植术后肾功能正常３月以上。妊娠易导致肾功能恶化及排异。成功的妊娠在移植术后肾功能恢复正常状态后的第２～３年为最多。一旦妊娠，必须严密监护。
In this paper, 100 cases of married patients survived for more than 3 years after renal transplantation were surveyed for sexual function and fertility. The results showed that the percentage of patients with functional recovery after transplantation was high (60.94%). Based on a number of factors, we believe that the normal sexual life after successful transplant should be above normal in renal function after transplantation. Pregnancy easily lead to deterioration of renal function and rejection. Successful pregnancies were most frequent in the second to third years after the renal function recovered to normal after transplantation. Once pregnant, must be closely monitored.
