目的 寻求由口呼吸引起的错畸形在临床上较为准确的诊断指标,并建立昆明地区恒牙初期咽腔、颈倾斜度和颅颈角的正常值。方法 用Linder-Aroson及Solow的咽腔和颅颈角、颈倾斜度测量方法对昆明地区恒牙初期正常儿童及具有口呼吸不良习惯的安氏类一分类错儿童进行头影测量分析与对比研究。结果 正、异常组间在颈倾斜度、头颅自然位置及咽腔真正通气道的测量值上存在显著性差异,而代表骨性通气道的测量值则无差异。结论 口呼吸引起的错畸形患者由于真正咽腔通气道的狭窄形成了颅和颈椎的前伸位
Objective To seek the more accurate clinical diagnosis of malocclusion caused by mouth breathing and establish the normal values of pharyngeal cavity, neck inclination and craniocerebral angle in the initial stage of permanent dentition in Kunming. Methods Cephalometric analysis was performed on the children with normal in the early stage of permanent dentition in Kunming and the children with Class Ⅰ malformations with Linder-Aroson and Solow's pharynx and craniocervical angles and cervical inclination.
