文章分析了与计算机功能相关的危害行为类型及计算机犯罪的概念,提出了纯正的计算机犯罪和不纯正的计算机犯罪的概念。文章还分析了我国刑法中计算机犯罪的特点,并在最后对计算机犯罪罪名的完善提出了建议。
This paper analyzes the types of computer-related harmful behaviors and the concept of computer crime, puts forward the concept of pure computer crime and impure computer crime. The article also analyzes the characteristics of the computer crime in our country’s criminal law, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the perfection of the crime of computer crime.
