《义务教育语文课程标准》明确提出:九年义务教育阶段的语文课程,必须使学生获得基本的语文素养。口语交际课的说话能力能有效地培养学生的语文素养。
The Compulsory Education Standard for Chinese Curriculum clearly states that the Chinese curriculum for nine-year compulsory education must enable students to acquire basic Chinese literacy. Speaking ability of oral communication class can effectively cultivate students’ Chinese literacy.
