目的总结在超声成像基础上的弹性成像技术在甲状腺结节,尤其是可疑恶性肿瘤诊断上的意义。方法超声剪切波及辐射力脉冲成像是超声弹性成像最根本的技术基础,并且需要依靠实时图像采集技术。相比较传统的二维成像技术,弹性成像技术已经明显提高恶性肿块的诊断率。结果比较了传统的超声成像和传统超声联合弹性成像在甲状腺结节中的诊断效能,并且探讨了不同操作者间的弹性成像诊断结果的差异。结论除去检查医生技术水平的差异,超声弹性成像技术结合传统超声检查可以在术前初步诊断结节性质,经术后验证准确性较高,该方法可在无创条件下为患者提供准确信息参考,进行后续医疗工作。
Objective To summarize the significance of elastography based on ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules, especially suspected malignant tumors. Methods Ultrasound shear and radiation pulse imaging is the most fundamental technical basis of ultrasonic elastography, and needs to rely on real-time image acquisition technology. Compared with the traditional two-dimensional imaging technology, elastography has significantly improved the diagnostic rate of malignant tumors. The results compared the diagnostic efficacy of traditional ultrasound imaging and conventional ultrasonography in thyroid nodules and explored the differences in elastography findings among different operators. Conclusion Excluding the differences in the technical level of the examining doctors, ultrasound elastography combined with traditional ultrasound can preliminarily diagnose nodules before operation and verify the accuracy after the operation. This method can provide accurate information for patients under noninvasive conditions, Follow-up medical work.
