感恩并非生而知之、与生俱来的,需要教育的导引和环境的影响。要通过行之有效的措施使高职学生知恩于心、报恩于行,形成一种感恩的心态、品质和责任,进而外显为感恩的行为。这一过程可以分解为认知过程、情感过程,进而外化为人的实践行为。高职院校开展感恩教育,应该使道德认知、道德情感和道德行为三者相互融合,形成“五三环扣”教育模式,进而成为相辅相成的有机统一体。
