“巨人观尸体”在尸检中经常遇到，但死亡仅一天即发展为高度“巨人观”的则罕见。笔者曾遇一例，现报道如下，供同行们参考。实例死者，男，52岁，单身。生前一周曾患“肾病”，周身浮肿。1991年9月18日上午10时有人发现其在自家院内活动，下午3时许，发现死于屋内床上全身赤? “Giant view of the body” often encountered in the autopsy, but only one day of death that the development of a high degree of “giant concept” is rare.
