随着经济、社会发展和信息传递速度加快,社会各界对我国政府统计机构公布的数据关注度加强。本文从实际工作出发,提出工作质量、调查质量是影响数据质量的根本因素,而调查质量和工作质量从某种程度上讲是人力资源的管理,建议建立一套完整的、标准化的、可控制的管理指标体系,记录、量化统计工作流程,由全部工作人员推动完成。
With the acceleration of economic and social development and information transmission, all sectors of society are paying more attention to the data released by the government statistical agencies in our country. Based on the actual work, this paper puts forward the quality of the work and the quality of the investigation are the fundamental factors that affect the quality of the data. The quality of the investigation and the quality of the work are to a certain extent the management of human resources. It is suggested to establish a complete, standardized and controllable Management index system, record, quantify the statistical workflow, all staff to promote the completion.
